“We went to Karl to talk about getting in shape for Vegas after letting ourselves go for a while. He was more than happy to help us was excited to get us started as were we. We had all our body stats taken and the dreaded first pictures taken at Karl’s gym. He produced a in depth diet and training plan for us to follow. At first we were skeptical at how the training plan was going to get the results we wanted but we aren’t the professionals and stuck to it. Karl was on hand to answer any questions and give us the motivation needed to do the sessions. We met up again for the midway body stats and progress pictures. Already we were happy with the progress and motivated to complete the programme.  Karl went in to detail with us about the next half of the programme. The final part of the programme was difficult and testing at times but Karl got us through it and promised we would look amazing.
