”I started training with Karl at the beginning of January. I have had previous training experience with Karl throughout this journey as a PT but this time it was different. This time I had a goal and purpose to my training.
I recently suffered my second shoulder dislocation and started to pile on the pounds from not being active and just eating and being in a unhealthy lifestyle. The training and teaching Karl has given me has aloud me to adapt my lifestyle and improve on it dramatically, by bit demonising foods and being able to tailor a training program that fits in with my work. We where able to build good muscle straight o away and I could literally see the fat rolling off my back! I was making such great progress it was amazing. Unfortunately covid then hit! But did that stop Karl giving me the support I needed? No! He was still there adapting himself and adapting my training regime to what weights I had and equipment, I continued to loose weight and build muscle and define myself! I can now confidently go into a GYM and feel confident with the exercises that I am doing, I now feel confident with how to carry out flexible dieting and what routines and habits I need to follow to get the results that I need.
I am also returning to my rugby club next week for my first proper training session all thanks to Karl. He hasn’t just made me lose weight but he has improved my lifestyle and given me back a key social aspect. He’s not just a physical coach but a mental one too!
