“I have been training with Karl for almost 3 years when I first starting training with him my confidence was really low after suffering with depression and the thought of stepping out of my comfort zone was scary and I was really unsure if I could do this but I did, on arriving for my first session I was nervous and scared but Karl listened and understood from day one how hard this was for me and from that day on I have never looked back.
