“I started training with Karl about 6 months ago when I was stuck in a rut and at a low point in terms of my fitness and how I felt about my body. At first, I was a bit apprehensive about getting a PT, but I shouldn’t have been. Karl put me at ease straight away – he is a great friendly guy, always laughing and full of energy. I came away from my first consultation more motivated than I had been for months.
The last six months have been amazing. Karl has a wealth of knowledge; both in terms of fitness and nutrition. He is extremely supportive, always checking in to see if I am ok or if I have any questions. I met my target weight recently, and I am extremely proud of what I have achieved. I could not have done it without Karl’s support and encouragement. Karl is a brilliant trainer and starting the PT sessions with him was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
