“I’ve been training with Karl for the last year and I am so pleased with my results! My goal was to loose body fat and get leaner for my wedding next June, Karl set me up with my calorie goals and a training plan and has kept me accountable to achieve results.
The last eight weeks I have been doing a cut to see how I could transform on a strict high protein diet with a training plan through his new app, I could see each week how my body was changing and motivated me to push through as tough as it can be.
Unfortunately I injured myself at week 4 and couldn’t do as much weight training as I was doing prior to my injury. This meant I had to be stricter with my calories and protein intake.
