”Just over 6 months ago I made the decision to change the way I look and feel better about myself. I work long hours, predominantly sitting at a desk. I wasn’t getting anywhere near enough exercise and my diet was based on comfort and ease. I also enjoyed a drink. So I got in touch with Karl and from the start, I was so impressed with his level of professionalism and his great depth of knowledge; not only about exercising, but also eating habits. Karl created a training programme for me and set me achievable calorie goals. I also started seeing him once a week for a training session, which he constantly kept fresh and exciting. I had never once lifted a weight, or carried out any resistance training, so everything was new for me. Karl talked me through everything, explaining each type of exercise, whilst helping me to understand how each exercise effected by body. He was constantly patient and encouraging. 6 months on I feel great, with a lot more energy and I have now got some body confidence. I’m going on holiday shortly, and for the first time in a long time, I’ll be happy taking my shirt off in public. I can’t thank Karl enough for his help and I recommend him to anyone, who like me, just wants to change their body a bit and grow some body confidence, while feeling better about themselves.”
