“I am getting married next June and my goal is to lose body fat and get leaner in time for the wedding. After speaking to Karl we decided it was a good idea to do an 8 week cut. Karl allocated me calories that I had to stick too during the 8 weeks. He also gave me a workout plan that I had to do 3-4 times a week, whilst fitting in 10,000 steps a day. I found it hard at first to fit the steps in due to my job but as I started to see results I stepped it up and worked on my fitness. I even ran my first 5k during this cut and this has inspired me to reach higher goals with my fitness. The most important part of it all was the nutrition. I had to log my food daily; this helped me with identifying the best choices to make. I would like to thank Karl for helping me during this 8 weeks. I have learnt a lot from his experience and knowledge and would not hesitate to do another 8 week cut with him again.”
