The missing ingredients why you aren’t seeing the results you require in your body comes down to how much do you want it?
Over the past 5 years, I have been doing this job, I have had consultations with hundreds of people, with all of them giving me different reasons why they would like to transform their body and that they have whatever it takes to get there.In the past I would think I could help anyone get that body they always desired. But now with experience I realise its down to the individual themselves to do what is needed to get that body. Of course I need to give people all the tools to help them achieve their goal, but unless they carry out what is needed, then the goal will never be obtained.
I now see no point in working with someone and taking them on a transformation journey if they aren’t ready. I will know just by asking certain questions or listening to what they think is required to get in amazing shape, whether they have what it takes.
Many people think it just takes a little tweak of their diet or to go to the gym more, will be all that is needed. To tell you it takes a huge amount of sacrifice and effort to achieve an amazing transformation and that there isn’t many individuals out there that have what it takes to have an amazing transformation. Losing a bit weight and getting a bit fitter is great, but I’m talking about a life changing transformation, the sort of change that makes peoples head turn when your in the gym or when you step onto a beach. These people stand out an absolute mile and so they should, because they deserve it.
People fear change, but unless your embrace it, you can’t make progress. Its ok to be nervous and to be scared, but as long as you don’t let that stand in your way. The person you are when you start the journey, will not be the same person that finishes it. You views on life will change, your habits, your knowledge and even your circle of friends will change. You will surround yourself with more positive and confident people because that is the new person you will become.
It’s only when you accept these changes in your life that will inevitably happen, it will be then you realise you can achieve your dream physique. Don’t be frightened about standing out and being different, you can be inspiring instead of looking for inspiration yourself. To know that you can achieve that body is one of the most empowering things you can do in your life.
Do you want to be the same as everyone else? The answer should always be no. Be that person that turns heads when you’re walking down the street.
There isn’t any special training programme or diet that give you the sheer passion and desire to get the results you need. That all has to come from you. You need to look deep inside and ask yourself ‘I am prepared to do whatever it takes to get what I want?’
You need to work and do more than anyone else because they will all stay the same and that’s what makes you so special, you want more.
So if you’re thinking about wanting to start a transformation, then take into consideration all that I have said. If you want to be average then that’s ok, but if you want to be better than the average person, make sure you do whatever it takes and you will get to live a life of happiness and you can be proud of what you have achieved.
