Is it having an amazing toned body? Is it being the strongest in the gym? Is it about getting loads of people liking your fitness statuses and photos on social media?

The answer is, it shouldn’t be any of them!

The reason you should be into Health & Fitness, is for you and only you. It shouldn’t be to impress anyone else. The people you want around you, should be supportive and love you for the way you are. Don’t get me wrong, we should always strive to be a better us, but as long you are content, then thats all that matters.

What ever fitness you are into, whether thats bodybuilding, running, crossfit, gymnastics, sports or even zumba. As long as you enjoy what you do and you get what you need out of it, then we are laughing.

There are too many judgemental bigots around, hating on other fitness genres, when they haven’t even tried them themselves. The way I train people is the way I think they can into the best shape, but that doesn’t mean you have to do it. You should do what ever makes you feel great and it should be something you love doing or you will never stick it out.

Don’t make the mistake of training for someone else, do it for you and embrace it!
