What will you get in the 6 weeks?
You will receive daily education & support from me. Learning everything you need to know to get the very best results. Any questions will all be answered within the FB group.
Within my training app you can, track your fat loss progress through picture comparisons, circumference measurements and tracking your weight. All your training programs will be on the app, this way you can track your progress and then see how much stronger & fitter you’re getting.
Regardless of what training equipment you have, there are training programs on the app for all.
Throughout the 6 weeks, you will be tracking your calories on MyFitnessPal. This will allow you to get the best results through knowing you’re eating the right amount of calories, but also it will broaden your knowledge on nutrition.
To ensure you’re going to get the best possible results, you will have a weekly check in with me. You will send your measurements and then I can access and change anything if needed.
Twice a week you will get the chance to join me and the other members of the challenge to receive education & support through a zoom video call. This will also give you the chance to ask any questions in person to me.
