What is Defying The Normal?
Defying The Normal is a one-hour session per week, monthly membership, CrossFit style workout. The sessions are intense, challenging and fun. You will be training with a friendly, dedicated and motivating team of people.
Defying The Normal combines all elements of cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, using a combination of functional movements, Olympic lifting, bodyweight and cardiovascular exercises.
